Sun,Jan 15,2017 |WEEK 27| VLOG-What I ate today while following the Weight Watchers SmartPoints plan! I have 100 pounds to lose! I’m taking it one day at a time! I also incorporate INTERMITTENT FASTING with counting Weight Watchers SmartPoints. I follow a daily 16:8 fasting schedule. My fasting schedule can sometimes vary day to day,but I try to stay close to the 16:8 split =)! I post a What I Ate video every day!
