Weight Watchers Freestyle – Cook With Me – 2 Smart Point Chicken Pot Pie – Using 2 Ingredient Dough
So it is finally here, my chicken pot pie recipe! I hope you all enjoy!


Pie Filling

2 cups frozen vegetables
2-3 chicken breast
1 can of low fat cream of chicken soup
1/4 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 TSP celery salt
Salt and Pepper to taste

Pie Crust

1 Cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
1 Cup self raising Flour
Pinch of salt


Pie Filling

Cook chicken breast until almost fully cooked, shred the chicken to prepare for the rest of the filling. While the chicken is cooking start preparing your pie crust. See below for directions.

Place the rest of the ingredients in the pan and cook until the frozen veggies have defrosted and cooked up a bit.

NOTE: If you like your filling a bit runnier than creamy you could add water or skim milk, if using milk make sure to accommodate the point value. Once your pie filling is done you can set aside until your crust is done pre baking. Take the crusts out of the oven, spray with a little spray butter. Now that your crust is done pre baking place filling into each ramekin. I use 1/3 cup for each portion, if you have left overs just divide it between the 8. Cook for about 10-15 min at 450 degrees until cooked. You can leave them in a bit longer if you like you crust on the crispier side. REMEMBER everyone’s ovens may differ, so just adjust accordingly.


Mix all of the above ingredients for pie filling in a large mixing bowl. Make sure to incorporate all the ingredients as it is important to have no clumps.

Divide into 8 equal portions (I weigh my dough ball out and divide that by 8, some may be a tiny bit heavier but this is normal. Once you have all 8 balls roll them out as thin as you can without ripping the dough, remember they need to fit in the ramekins. Grab your ramekins and spray them with non stick spray. Place dough in, making sure not to rip. Once that is done they are ready to hit the oven! I like to pre bake my crust a bit, place in a 350 degree oven for 10 min.

This make 8 delicious pot pies and 2SP each! If you want 2 they go up to 5!
