January Whole 30 Day 3, coming back from the flu. A day of eating compliant & other thoughts
After spending days 1 and 2 of the January Whole 30 without the flu I came back with a vengeance on Day 3. OK let’s be real I started to feel human again and ate three meals.

In this VLOG, episode 003, I discuss making my “fancy” eggs, finding sausage without sugars, our favorite spice / sauce spot the Golden Fig (Link below), not complicating all of your Whole30 meals, hiding non compliant foods and drinks, my addiction to cheese, Primal Kitchen (link below) “sauces” and how I failed the reintroduction phase of Whole 30 on my first go at it.
