Take the Lotus Seed from the pan and add butter to the Pan. 3. Fry the Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and Garam Masala in butter till the raw smell goes. 4. Now, add the dry roasted Lotus seed to the mixture and stir properly so that the masala spreads evenly. 5.
